This experience covers the monumental core of the city in a fascinating walking tour of the National Mall's western end. We'll walk from the Washington Monument to the Lincoln Memorial and cover everything in between!

You'll learn about the wall of stars at the WWII Memorial and how the Washington Monument was once a national joke. Then we'll see the spot where Marine One lands to pickup the president and where the city's lost canal once flowed.

This small group tour include's our signature Sensory Supplements.  Delve a little deeper, engage in active learning, and create truly memorable experiences!

  • Meeting Point:  In front the National Museum of African American History & Culture’s north entrance.
  • Highlights:  Washington Monument, White House (South Lawn View), World War II, Lincoln, Korean & Vietnam Memorials

Until further notice, we require everyone - guides and guests - to wear a face covering for the duration of the tour experience. If you don’t have one, your guide will have clean, masks available for cashless purchase at your meeting point. Tours are capped at 10 people, so it’s always a small group. Plus, we offer contact free transactions for tipping (our guides accept cash, Venmo, etc.)
