Explore the Cherry Blossoms of Cleveland Park!
The Tidal Basin isn't the only place to enjoy Washington's iconic cherry blossoms!
Cleveland Park, one of Washington's most beautiful and architecturally eclectic neighborhoods, boasts some of the largest clusters of cherry blossom trees off of the National Mall. Join DC Design Tours on a special seasonal bloom tour to venture into an original streetcar suburb, and see cherry blossom trees in their full splendor. Explore the National Cathedral grounds, stroll picturesque tree lined streets, learn about an early Presidential retreat, and experience the bloom like a local!
This tour meets outside the Washington National Cathedral at 3101 Wisconsin Ave NW. The tour takes about 1 hour and covers approximately 1 mile, ending near Cathedral Commons at Wisconsin Avenue and Idaho Avenue. Cherry Blossom tours are offered seasonally during the bloom, usually mid-March to mid-April. Please get in touch to request this tour privately or outside of the bloom. The neighborhood is beautiful in all seasons!
