Jazz at The Kreeger | Jonathan Saraga
In collaboration with Elijah Jamal Balbed, The Kreeger Museum is honored and thrilled to present Jazz at The Kreeger, a series that furthers our mission to share music across the city. Now in its sixth year, this series supports and spotlights the wealth of musical talent in our metropolitan area.

Jonathan Saraga is a Grammy-winning, New York City-based trumpeter, flugelhornist, composer, arranger, educator and Doctor of Musical Arts. He appears on over 40 studio recordings, in 250+ music videos, and has engaged with audiences in over 500 cities, nearly 70 countries and just short of 100 different universities world-wide. He has 9 years of music conservatory training, holds 3 Trumpet Performance/Jazz Studies degrees, and has been recognized 35 times in the form of competitive selection from 25 organizations.
Tickets now include admission to Museum galleries and Sculpture Garden. Ticket-holders may enter the Museum through the front entrance beginning at 1:30pm to view the galleries before the performance begins at 3:00pm.
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please email education@kreegermuseum.org as soon as possible so we can offer your seat to someone else. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
Please note: Parking is extremely limited and ride share is strongly encouraged.
