2025 marks 50 years since the establishment of the United States Rugby Football Union, half a century from June 1975 when four regional organizations across the country met in Chicago to officially form USA Rugby.
As USA Rugby enters a new era internationally and domestically, the organization is excited to commemorate the last 50 years while leveraging the celebration as a catalyst for an even brighter future. From July 16-19th we’ll have a four day celebration in conjunction with the double header men vs England and women vs Fiji.
We are excited to host our first ever Gala fundraising event as a part of this special weekend celebration. The Golden Gala will celebrate the past 50 years while setting the stage to fuel the future and the next 50. We will also take this special event to “send off” our women’s 15’s for their World Cup in August.
