Four-course Irish dinner at the Pembroke
Prepare to redefine your perception of Irish cuisine as Richard Corrigan, one of the most celebrated chefs in Ireland and the United Kingdom, brings a taste of his renowned London restaurant, Daffodil Mulligan, to The Dupont Circle – an Irish, family-owned luxury hotel in the heart of Washington, DC.
Hosted at The Pembroke, the hotel’s distinguished Michelin-recommended restaurant, Chef Corrigan has curated a hearty four-course dinner blending rich, traditional flavors with the bold and distinctive tastes of Daffy’s, a vibrant and trendy dining spot that embodies the heart, soul and mischief of the Irish, with international influences. Delight in a selection of inventive dishes featuring the finest meats and seafood straight from the grill, all while enjoying a pint of Guinness, one of Daffy’s signature cocktails, or a glass of wine from Pembroke’s exclusive Irish Wine Geese Menu. And as no meal is truly complete without a touch of sweetness, treat yourself to an assortment of decadent desserts to finish - including spiced madeleines with wild honey and brown bread ice cream, perfectly complemented by a captivating presentation of a flaming Irish coffee expertly prepared tableside.
A dynamic collaboration celebrating their shared Irish roots, this dining experience marks the beginning of The Dupont Circle’s Irish Heritage Month celebrations.
