Solar power and all of its components will be explored in detail at this new exhibit, also being showcased at the National Museum of American History. Learn the benefits and challenges of this renewable energy resource, and also discover the history of its use in the United States. Two solar panels will be shown, including one from the Carter White House, as well as a solar electric inverter and a solar controller panel, illustrating how solar energy works.
