Cork Wine Bar and Market, located in Washington, DC’s bustling 14th Street, are joined together under one roof creating a unique and innovative wine-centric dining, education and retail experience. It is an affordable, casually elegant place that demystifies the world of wine by giving you real descriptions of what you are drinking, and flights of wine so you can explore different regions and varietals.
Our guests can enjoy the classic warmth of Cork Wine Bar where we offer a curated selection of 50 Old World Wines by the glass and 250 bottles from small producers from around the world created by local owners Diane Gross and Khalid Pitts. Our collection of wines is paired with European inspired plates to share by Chef Cicile Mendy.
Cork Market provides a casual environment where our guests can choose from a curated selection of retail wines with more than 300 selections of small production, estate produced, organic and sustainably made wines. The Market also offers an assortment of cheese, and charcuterie, as well as specialty food items. Guests can also take wine classes, and arrange for tastings for big and small groups.
In addition, we offer happy hour specials Tuesday to Friday, weekly wine tastings, weekend brunch, and weekly specials such as Fried Chicken and Champagne Sundays and Grilled Cheese Tuesdays. Guests may enjoy their visit to Cork in our dining room, cafe, two bars, or patio.
